半小时以内：分钟 + past /after +小时
3:25 twenty-five past/after three
超出半小时：相差的分钟 + to +下一小时
6:50 ten to seven
半小时：half + past + 小时
2:30 half past two
一刻钟：a quarter +past+小时
三刻钟：a quarter +to+下一小时
5:15 a quarter past five
5:45 a quarter to six
整点：小时/小时+o’clock （+sharp/on the dot/on the nose）
It's two.

It's two o'clock on the dot.
注意：只有整点才用o'clock
不确切时间：almost/just
